AiMOGA Mobo Home Robot Preorders Open

AiMOGA has opened global preorders for Mobo, a 22-DoF home humanoid, but it has not published a price, delivery date or task test results.

AiMOGA has opened global preorders for Mobo, its home companion humanoid, during Chery's International User Summit in Wuhu, China. The company lists a 22-degree-of-freedom body and a MoAgent system for instruction planning, but has not announced a price, delivery date, battery figure or independently tested task result.[1]

What has AiMOGA announced about Mobo?

AiMOGA Mobo home robot preorders are open, but the company has introduced a product, not announced commercial availability. Chery says Mobo will use voice, visual information and conversational context, then break a complex instruction into steps. It also says the robot can navigate around changing obstacles.[1]

Those are vendor descriptions, not published task results. The release does not state how the system handles a specific household job, how much assistance it needs, or which home layouts its tests cover. That gap matters more than a demo sequence for a robot meant to work around people.

"Interpret complex instructions, divide them into actionable steps and plan longer-term tasks."[1]

What are Mobo's published specifications?

AiMOGA has disclosed one hardware figure: Mobo has a full-body 22-degree-of-freedom motion system. It says that system supports gestures, stable movement and dance routines. The company has not disclosed height, mass, hand payload, battery capacity, charging time, sensor suite or a price.[1]

Chery says AiMOGA has delivered more than 3,000 robots across over 60 countries and regions.[2] That total covers the wider AiMOGA portfolio, not Mobo alone. A separate Chery update says the group is pursuing more than 100 application scenarios, including vehicle marketing, public services, medical guidance and family companionship.[3]

When will AiMOGA deliver Mobo?

AiMOGA has opened global preorders but has not named a delivery date, delivery regions or production volume. Buyers therefore cannot yet assess whether a preorder is a near-term purchase option or a place in a longer queue.[1]

For context, a CJ Logistics warehouse deployment identifies a narrow live task but no public throughput figures. Our report on the XPENG IRON production line makes a related point: a factory opening does not establish sustained output. Mobo currently has less public evidence than either case because AiMOGA has not described a live household deployment.
